Why we have Clients, and not Customers

A customer are defined as someone who buys goods or services. For instance, most people are customers of Target or Walmart; they buy goods from them.

A client is defined as someone who engages in services of a professional. Clients are also known to receive long relationships with their professionals, and more services than just what they pay for (hopefully). For example, most people are clients of their insurance agents, doctors, accountants, etc.

But, we sell cars? How do we have clients?

We refuse to be known as a company that just imports and sells cars. The car community as a whole wouldn't exist if everyone just bought cars and that was that.

All car enthusiasts live to hear about other's stories, dreams, plans, and everything else car related. Pictures, videos, movies, you can find amazing people who have amazing cars all over, and we love it just as much as you.

That means we make every customer a life long friend. If one of our clients goes through our auction services, then there's already a connection. If we sell someone a car from our stock, we're not letting them get away with just a signature and some money! We want stories, desires, the whole shabang. We love to see updates/dreams on the cars we provide clients with, plans they have for the future, and any events they attend/win. There's no amount of money that can buy the kind of satisfaction we get from our relationships with our clients.
