Import Facts 15 & 16

While we're finishing up the legalization process on the 300zx and MR2, here are two more import facts!
This week we're focusing on getting the imported vehicle from the port! It's not as difficult as you'd think, but you need to be prepared because the port is a busy (and expensive) place.
If you're importing a vehicle to the East coast, there are two main ports you should consider; the port of Savannah, and the port of New York. Surprisingly, the port of Savannah is larger, but the choice should depend on your location.

When picking up your import from the port, it's important to be prepared. Given the nature of the travel, there's a good chance the car won't start on its own. Many times a jump will be needed, and you should have a winch available just in case (extra gas will be useful as well).
