A testament to our fine country, and one awesome piece of machinery; Han's Hummer.

It's big, it's bad, and it actually goes off-road. I didn't know what to expect when I first talked to Hans. The little I know about hummers is only improved by the little I know about trucks, but it doesn't take an expect to realize this things it awesome.

Hummer trucks already give off a good vibe. The subtle yet aggressive slant back, followed by the lift and countless other additions, work in perfect harmony. A Hummer that looks like it has utility is hard to find, and that makes this even better.

Honestly, I had to ask Hans if he was alright going off road for the shoot because of the stigma Hummers have. Thankfully I came to found out Hans uses this Hummer the right way, and was nothing less than excited when we left pavement.

This beast had no problem climbing rocks. Up, down, sideways, it didn't matter. This is what Hummers are meant to do, and Hans does it right. Even though he receives his share of criticism from other (Jeep) enthusiasts, it doesn't stop his love.

The short time I rode in Hans' Hummer showed me how smooth it can be off-road. Besides the gas mileage (and who really cares about that?), this truck serves many purposes; hauling, towing, extra space, off-roading, and being a Hummer.

It's always exciting to see someone passionate about there car, and not just for its looks, style, functionality, or brand, but for everything. Hans has loved Hummers since he was child, and I think that's the main reason this one looks so good.

It's always healthy to embrace yourself. No matter what car you own, there's someone out there who hates it. There's always someone that will scoff and mumble under their breath, but that should never stop you. Hans is a testament of what can come from true passion, and a heart full of American spirit.

I'd like to thank Hans and his wife for their time and patience. This is the first photo shoot I've done fully off-road, and I enjoyed every minute. I look forward to watching this purple rule breaker continue to challenge the limits, and make this country proud!
